Timeshare resale co called End Vacations anyone had any dealings with this outfit?

I have been approached by this outfit to resell my timeshare at no fee untill the sale goes through what are your thoughts about this is this just another scam?Many thanks for your comments.

While I have never heard of this End Vacations company you mentioned in your question, I do understand your concern. I owned an Orlando timeshare and tried to sell it for years. I had signed up with multiple timeshare resales companies, paid their upfront fees and never heard back from them again. I had pretty much given up hope that I was going to ever sell my timeshare. One night I was searching the internet and I came across Vacation Property Resales (www.buyatimeshare.com). There was a link that said something like "sell or rent my timeshare" so I clicked on it. I was brought to a page that basically asked for some contact information so I filled it out. To my amazement I was called almost immediately. The rep that I spoke to talked to me in great length about my timeshare and what I wanted to get out of it. Since I had already signed up with other resellers I really had my doubts. He explained to me that the only way I was going to sell this is by advertising it all over the internet and that is what they do. He also was very straight forward with me by telling me I was asking too much money for the sale. It's funny to say but he might have been the first honest salesman I ever spoke to. Everyone else will just tell you what you want to hear. He explained that I needed to price my timeshare aggressively or it would never sell. Afterall, there are 100's of timeshares in Orlando. I didn't sign up with him that night, but we did schedule a follow up call. After about a week I ended up signing up with www.buyatimeshare.com (there is an upfront fee, but it is reasonable). I checked back in within a month and I was transfered right through to my rep. He informed me that my ad did have some traffic but there were no offers to buy yet. Some time did go by but each time I called I always got my rep and if he was busy I always got a call back. Then one day I got a phone call, and it was my rep letting me know there was an offer one my timeshare. While it wasn't exactly what I was asking, it was an acceptable offer. After years of trying to sell my timeshare through various sources, www.buyatimeshare.com helped me sell mine in a little over 5 months.
