I NEED A LOAN FOR A DOWN PAYMENT FOR A HOUSE?
WHO DO I TALK TO FOR THAT WITH OUT PAYDAY LOANS
How's this, since you like caps so much... IF YOU DONT HAVE THE CASH TO PUT DOWN AND PAY CLOSING COSTS YOU CAN NOT AFFORD A HOUSE!! What in the hell makes you think you deserve to own a home? Home ownership is not a right, you have to earn it. It is people like you that we have this huge problem with the housing market. What do you do if you get a foundation problem/need a new ac unit/hot water goes out? If you dont have at least 6 months of reserves in the bank in addition to enough cash to put 3.5% down you shouldnt even consider owning a home.
