Definition
Wholesale is a term that has existed for years. It is more common when goods are sold for food and other products sold in retail stores. There are 3 parts to this. What is the legal definition of ANDS?
ANDS Apparently there is a standard which I think has something to do with non-modification of available commercial real estate lease.
