Why not have a "deep ocean" station similar to the International Space Station?
If we can create a research center and living in outer space (ISS), why not the same thing, even for tourism and exploring the depths of our oceans? Has it been decided, and if so by whom, an agency like NASA - but also international, and dedicated to deep water from deep space, which (excuse the pun) not to fly? It might even be several "homework" or "client-client, once the facilities station and safety testing cost. These can be as independent of each other, and around the world. The physical challenges and dangers construction can not overcome the deep space and the views can be as majestic. The potential of real estate is much higher ( mass of Earth's surface) on the ground. Is it not promoted simply because space is best promoted by visionaries, or is there any real reasons and practical to which countries and leaders have decided not to pursue this dream? Would it not be as financially profitable as space exploration?
Firstly I must say is a very interesting, very unique. I never thought of this idea up. I think it could be profitable, but the oceans are far more political and social files attached to them from space. Provided I know the prevailing philosophy is that no one owns any part thereof. Where, in connection with the oceans Each nation has its own "water", so Security is difficult. As many countries have their oceans as a protection against foreign attacks. Besides the economic consequences of certain nations that have large fishing industries might not be conducive to such an idea. These are some things I could think, I am sure he is more. I think it's a brilliant idea, though.
